La Bernardinia Baroque presents a concert of music for recorder, viola da gamba and harpsichord, alone and in ensemble. The repertory, composed by Couperin, Philidor, Morel, Telemann, Bach and Abel, spans a century of instrumental music heard in the courts and towns of Northern Europe.

Resonances: The Art of Violas d'amore and Gamba

With guest violinist and d'amore player, Paul Miller, La Bernardinia performs German chamber music featuring the rich and resonant colors of the viola d'amore and the viola da gamba in works by Buxtehude, Telemann, Bach, Abel, and the rarely heard Galanteries by Götz and Fuchs.
